Planzone Knowledge center : learn more about how to use Planzone on a dedicated website

The Planzone Team is very proud to announce you the launch of the Planzone Knowledge Center Website.

As you know, the Planzone team pays much attention to active users in the Planzone forum. Therefore, we decided to create a website dedicated to Planzone users and also people who would like to have more information about how Planzone works and what you can do with project management and collaboration tools available in Planzone.

How can you use the Planzone Knowledge Center ?

• Getting started with Planzone more easily thanks to interactive screenshots and Videos about main Planzone features.
• Learn about how to optimize the use of Planzone by learning more about advanced features of Planzone. For example, there is a very detailed user manual with screenshots and simple explanations.
• Get general information about project management and Planzone philosophy through a glossary and posts about project management with Planzone.

The Planzone Knowledge Center is a very exhaustive database, gathering as much as 150 pages in 3 languages (English, German and French).

The Knowledge Center includes 6 main areas:

FAQ | This is the first place to go when you have a question about Planzone, answering questions asked the most frequently on the Planzone forum. This FAQ section is regularly updated according to new user questions and blog posts.

Manual | The main section of the Planzone knowledge center. This manual explains all about what you can do in Planzone. There are about 130 feature sheets, one for each action you would like to do in Planzone. All sheets are divided in 3 main areas :

> The “Planzone and I” section displays content about Planzone settings and personal information in Planzone
> The “Project Management” area displays information for project manager in Planzone
> The “Collaboration” area explains how to improve your use of collaboration features in Planzone: To-dos, documents sharing, discussion, wiki, publication…

A search engine is also available in this area if you get a specific need.

Videos | You can find in this area tutoring videos about the main features of Planzone. 5 videos are currently available in this area and a lot more will come soon!

Glossary | What is an activity? What is a task or a milestone? Find all about Planzone project Management Vocabulary in this area.
